This four phase program which is structured around the current reality and objectives of your organization, with a special emphasis placed on Leadership styles and communication. The participants will reflect on which leadership styles work for them and how to perfect them.
Managers will learn the meaning of Leadership of oneself, teams or projects, communication, establishing goals and overcoming problems, change management, conflict management creativity and efficiency, feeling and intuition, among others.
EQiManager EXTREME
This is the last of the four EQiManager worshops and is only available to people who participated in the first three workshops. This is a one day program. During this day we elevate the experience to an enhanced level of awareness by means of a special approach in Equimapping.
This is an ideal independent follow-up workshop, which you can rely on each time you feel the need for your managers to work on a specific issue, a strategy, productivity, balance, change, or anything that needs special attention.
