During the last session of EQiLeader, EQiManager, EQiTeam and EQiSales, we introduce a concept called EQiMapping.
Based on a workshop developed by HorseDream International, called Integral HorseMapping, this concept builds on four pilars:
- Mental Mapping,
- Structural Constelations,
- Horse Assisted Education
- The Way to Consciousness
EquiMapping is a powerful and profound process in which participants integrate the knowledge and insights they acquired throughout the EQiMotion workshops.
The particpants create a map representing their projects, business, company, organization, or whichever issue with which they have an interactive relationship. After that, they recreate this constelation in the horse arena, with materials at hand (cones, barrels, sticks, ropes, barriers, etc...)
When the horses enter the arena everything is left to the mercy of their intuition and sensitivity. The participants observe and interpret what happens.
Follow-up workshop: EquiMapping is a workshop that your Leaders and Teams may want to request as a follow-up at a later moment, when they need to acquire a new perspective, on issues such as the organization, governance, vision, goals, process, obstacles, roadmaps, innovation, change, or a specific project or strategy.
