We are all leaders, of ourselves, of others, of projects, or of companies. EQiLeader offers a series of programs for companies, entrepreneurs, and individuals. There are two main programs: Business and Life.
Business programs work in two ways:
- Business Exclusive: only your company takes part, and the program develops completely around your needs, in the context of your participants: Upper Management, Executives, Teams, Sales Force. (see details)
- Business Open: people from different companies particpate on pre-set dates. (see calendar)
Programs for Life are open, and are delivered on pre-set dates. You can request an exclusive program, if you guarantee a group of minimum four participants. (see details)
Business as well as Life programs consist of four phases. They all follow a similar pattern, from reflecting to working face to face with our horses, to return to reflection on the new insights, implementation of the refined skills, followed by transfer.
Retreats Programs are proven to have a more profound result, because of which Business Exclusive programs are offered as a three day retreat (Retiro) as well as two two-day retreats (Suspiro). We understand that not everyone has the possibility to retreat from daily obligations, because of which we also offer one day sessions (Express).
